Do you have checklists already put together for, say, a journal article or a conference presentation? Sharing those as a starting point would be very useful. For that matter, the Outline and Schedule forms you showed would be useful as well.
While the journal/conference paper checklist has certain generic properties, I believe that the exercise of making your own checklist is important. It forces you to imagine each step as an action.
